Article 1: Membership and Use of Services

Users accept that the site may use SMS, email, or Push Notification as a communication method. Users can request to stop receiving these messages, but by doing so, they accept any potential difficulties in using FardVisor services and may miss important information.

The site may offer users codes as gifts. By entering these codes, a percentage of the service cost may be deducted or credited to the user’s account on the FardVisor site. The provision of these services and the time limit for their use are determined at the site’s discretion, and users have no right to make claims if the codes are not awarded.

Users agree that they are not allowed to transfer or sell the codes to others. Additionally, users are not permitted to publicly share these codes—even if the site has made them publicly available—unless the site has explicitly authorized this.

Users agree that codes provided for increasing credit or reducing service costs may expire. As no fees are charged for these codes, the site reserves the right to change or cancel the codes, even after issuance, based on the conditions associated with the codes. Article 2: Fees and Payments

Users agree that the fees paid to the platform for using the site’s services are non-refundable. The site will only address discrepancies in the amount billed and paid within the first 48 hours. Therefore, users must notify support of any discrepancies within the initial 48 hours.

Users agree that service fees are determined by the site, and they cannot object to the stated fee after using the service. Since users are entitled to reject the fees quoted by the site, once they accept, they are committed to paying them. By accepting these terms and conditions, users authorize the site to deduct the fees from their account balance.

Article 3: Technical Matters

Users are not permitted to attempt to extract the FardVisor site’s source code, including through decompiling, reverse engineering, or similar activities, unless legally authorized to do so.

Users are not allowed to use framing or mirroring methods to provide another version of FardVisor’s services on other servers. Additionally, users are not permitted to alter or disrupt the FardVisor site or its services.

Users are not permitted to run software or scripts for indexing, analyzing, or any form of data mining on the services.

Users are not allowed to engage in any activity aimed at gaining illegal or unauthorized access to any part of the FardVisor site or related systems.

Article 4: User-Generated Content

The site may allow users to publish photos, text, audio, video, or similar files on the website, mobile app, social networks, or other sections of the platform. Ownership of this content remains with the users. However, by posting it on FardVisor services, users grant the site the right to publish or transfer non-confidential information to other individuals or entities.

Article 5: Service Disruption

If the site or a business partner determines that any user may threaten the security or tranquility of the business or other users, they may suspend or terminate the user’s account or deny access to services, either temporarily or permanently, at their discretion. If users violate these terms and conditions, or if their access to FardVisor services poses a threat or is undesirable, the platform reserves the right to revoke the user’s access. In such cases, the user will have no right to make claims or objections.

Article 6: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the content, design, trademark, and other elements used on the FardVisor site belong to the platform. Any unauthorized use of these elements will be subject to legal action.
